1. About FeelWooh

FeelWooh is a digital lead generation and local business discovery platform operated by Ommtayal Digital Private Limited (CIN: U72900OR2022PTC041436), registered in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. We provide listing pages, digital marketing and lead delivery services for local businesses across all service categories.

2. Services Provided

FeelWooh provides the following services to local businesses:

  • Dedicated business listing page on feelwooh.com
  • digital marketing services through Google
  • Customer lead generation and WhatsApp delivery
  • Monthly performance reports
  • Local search visibility improvements

These services are available to all local service businesses including but not limited to: healthcare providers, home service professionals, automotive services, educational institutions, beauty and wellness centres, legal and financial consultants, event services, pet care providers, and any other local service business.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 FeelWooh charges a monthly subscription fee for its services. Fees range from ₹1,999 to ₹29,999 per month depending on the plan selected.

3.2 All payments are processed securely via PayU, a licensed payment gateway in India. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards and net banking.

3.3 Subscriptions are billed monthly. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled with 30 days written notice.

3.4 FeelWooh manages all digital marketing from its own centralised platform. Digital marketing budget is agreed during onboarding and managed by FeelWooh on the client’s behalf. Clients receive full monthly reports on budget utilisation and campaign performance.

3.5 All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. 18% GST is applicable on all services.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days written notice sent to admin@feelwooh.com. No cancellation fee is charged. The service continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Clients must provide accurate business information for listing pages.

6.2 Clients must respond to customer leads within a reasonable time.

6.3 Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations for their business category.

7. Limitation of Liability

FeelWooh provides lead generation services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads or conversions. Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and client responsiveness.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
