At FeelWooh, we are committed to providing quality lead generation and digital marketing services to local service businesses — including healthcare clinics, AC repair services, driving schools, beauty salons, gyms, tuition centres, photographers, caterers, lawyers, and any other local business. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription Fees
1.1 FeelWooh subscription fees range from ₹1,999 to ₹29,999 per month and are charged monthly in advance via PayU.
1.2 Once a subscription payment is processed, it covers services for that calendar month and is non-refundable except as described below.
1.3 If you cancel your subscription, your service continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
2. Eligible Refunds
A full refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by error
- Payment debited but service not activated within 7 working days
- Technical failure resulting in payment without service delivery
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after subscription activation
- Dissatisfaction with lead volume or quality
- Cancellation mid-month
- Digital marketing budget spent on paid channels
4. Refund Process
4.1 To request a refund, email admin@feelwooh.com with:
— Your registered business name
— Transaction ID from PayU
— Reason for refund request
4.2 Refund requests are reviewed within 3 working days.
4.3 Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your FeelWooh subscription anytime with 30 days written notice. There is no cancellation fee. Your listing and lead generation service continues until the end of the paid period.
