This Copyright Policy sets out the ownership of content published on FeelWooh, how third-party material is used, and the process for reporting any copyright concern.
1. Ownership of content
All original content published on FeelWooh — including text, research, editorial writing, structure, design, and presentation — is the intellectual property of OMMTAYAL DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand FeelWooh.
This content is protected under applicable copyright laws including the Indian Copyright Act 1957 and relevant international frameworks. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.
2. What FeelWooh content is
FeelWooh publishes local directory guides across 24 service categories. Each guide is produced through an editorial process that includes:
- Selection and shortlisting of local businesses based on publicly available review data
- Original editorial analysis, commentary, and comparison
- Category-specific disclaimers and methodology explanations
- Original FAQ content written for each category and location
The editorial expression, structure, and original writing in each guide is original content owned by FeelWooh. The underlying business data (names, addresses, ratings) is publicly available information and is not claimed as proprietary.
3. Permitted use
You may use FeelWooh content in the following ways without prior permission:
- Quote a brief excerpt (one paragraph or fewer) for non-commercial commentary, criticism, or educational purposes
- Provide clear attribution to FeelWooh with a working hyperlink to the original page
- Share links to FeelWooh pages on social media or other platforms
You may not:
- Republish full articles, guides, or substantial portions of content
- Reproduce FeelWooh content on another website, database, or publication
- Use FeelWooh content for commercial purposes without prior written permission
- Scrape, systematically copy, or automate the extraction of FeelWooh content
- Reframe or repackage FeelWooh guides as your own original work
For commercial licensing or republishing requests, contact admin@feelwooh.com.
4. Third-party content and data sources
FeelWooh guides reference publicly available business information including business names, addresses, contact details, ratings, and customer reviews. These elements are used for the following purposes only:
- Identification of businesses in a directory context
- Editorial commentary and comparison
- Informational and journalistic purposes
Business names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. FeelWooh does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.
Customer reviews referenced in FeelWooh guides are attributed to their original platform (Google Maps) and are used in an informational and journalistic context. They are not reproduced in full and are used to support editorial analysis, not to substitute for the original source.
Images used in guides are either licensed, sourced from providers used under their terms of service, or attributed where required. If you believe an image has been used without proper authorisation, contact us using the process in section 5.
5. Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe your original copyrighted material has been reproduced on FeelWooh without authorisation, you may submit a written notice to admin@feelwooh.com with the subject line: Copyright Notice.
To be processed, your notice must include all of the following:
- Your identification – Full name, organisation (if applicable), and a valid email address
- Description of the original work – Clear details of the copyrighted material, including a link to the original if available
- Location of the alleged infringement – The exact URL(s) on FeelWooh where the material appears
- Good-faith statement – A declaration that you believe the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, their agent, or applicable law
- Accuracy statement – Confirmation that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Electronic signature – Your full name typed at the end of the notice
Incomplete, vague, or bad-faith notices will not be processed. Submitting a knowingly false infringement notice may carry legal consequences under applicable law.
6. Review and action process
Once a valid notice is received:
- We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days
- The reported content will be reviewed carefully against the claim
- If infringement is confirmed, the content will be removed or appropriately modified without delay
- We may contact you for clarification if the notice is unclear
FeelWooh reserves the right to decline notices that are incomplete, misleading, or submitted without a good-faith basis. We will not remove content based on unsubstantiated claims.
7. Counter-notice procedure
If you believe content attributed to you was removed from FeelWooh as the result of an error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to admin@feelwooh.com with the subject line: Copyright Counter-Notice.
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full name and contact details
- Identification of the content that was removed and its original location (URL) on FeelWooh
- A good-faith statement explaining why you believe the removal was made in error
- Your electronic signature (full name typed at the end)
Valid counter-notices will be reviewed. Content may be reinstated where the counter-notice is substantiated and the original claim is found to be without merit.
8. Repeat infringement
FeelWooh takes repeat infringement seriously. Where a party is found to have repeatedly violated this policy or applicable copyright law, FeelWooh may take proportionate action including restricting access, removing associated content, or limiting use of the platform.
9. Artificial intelligence and automated use
FeelWooh content may not be used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning or artificial intelligence systems without prior written permission. Automated scraping or systematic extraction of FeelWooh content for any purpose — including AI training datasets, aggregation services, or content databases — is expressly prohibited.
