  • A business failing to respond to a customer enquiry
  • Any dispute between a customer and a business over service quality, fees, or any other matter

For Subscribed Businesses

If you are a business subscribed to FeelWooh’s Customer Growth Program, you acknowledge that:

  • FeelWooh delivers customer enquiries — we do not guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes
  • Lead volume varies month to month depending on search demand, ad performance, and market conditions
  • Digital marketing performance depends on multiple external factors outside FeelWooh’s control
  • FeelWooh is not responsible for the outcome of any customer interaction after the enquiry is delivered

Subscriptions are monthly with no long-term contract. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Full billing terms are in our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

International and Export Services

FeelWooh also helps Indian exporters and B2B businesses generate leads from international buyers in the USA, UK, UAE, and other countries. These services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific export volumes, buyer commitments, or international transaction outcomes. All export enquiries are subject to applicable Indian and international trade laws.
